Withdrawal and Returns

A consumer has the right to withdraw from an online store contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, received the goods. Prior authorisation is not required. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send an unambiguous notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

How to return goods

Send the notice to returns@appliedutilitylabs.com or use the form below.
Send the goods no later than 14 days after submitting the notice to Lepikutare, Kähri küla, Otepää vald, Valga maakond 67206, Estonia.
If you withdraw because you changed your mind, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods are defective or we sent the wrong item, we cover the return cost. Pack the goods securely for transport.

You may handle the goods only as you would be permitted to do in a physical shop in order to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The buyer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from excessive use.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received under the contract, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the buyer provides evidence that they have been sent back.

Statutory remedies for defective goods apply independently of the right of withdrawal.
