Shipping Information

Orders are dispatched by Applied Utility Labs OÜ from Lepikutare, Kähri küla, Otepää vald, Valga maakond 67206, Estonia. The available shipping method and price are shown at checkout before payment, based on the destination and shopping cart.

Courier and parcel locker

In Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, customers can choose courier delivery or an Omniva parcel locker. The parcel locker is selected at checkout from Omniva’s public list. For other countries, only the available delivery-to-address methods are shown.

Processing and delivery time

In-stock items are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment. If an item is not in stock, dispatch time depends on production and is shown separately for each product. International shipments take 6–14 business days on average, but in some cases delivery may take 2–4 weeks or longer. The carrier does not guarantee transit times because shipments pass through several transit countries on the way to their destination. Delivery within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania is usually faster, but the exact time depends on the selected service; the selected service is shown at checkout before payment.

Customs and taxes

United States: orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import taxes are included in the purchase price, and the carrier will not collect an additional import payment on delivery.

All other destinations outside the European Union: orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). The purchase price does not include import taxes or customs clearance fees. Local customs or the carrier will collect them from the recipient on delivery, and the amount depends on the destination country’s rules.

European Union: no import taxes apply.

For destinations outside the European Union, the shipping price includes the carrier’s customs clearance fee.

Shipments are booked by hand. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.
