Formation of the contract and price

Product prices and the final total of the order are displayed at checkout before payment. The total includes the taxes, shipping costs and any other fees shown at checkout. The order becomes binding when payment has been completed successfully. In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we will contact the buyer immediately and refund the payment if necessary.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. The shipping method, destination and fee are selected at checkout. The expected terms are set out on the Shipping Information page. The buyer is responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details.

Withdrawal and defective goods

A consumer generally has 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason; the full procedure and a model form are available on the Returns page. These terms do not limit the statutory two-year right to submit a claim. Report defects to returns@appliedutilitylabs.com, including the order number and a description of the defect.

Complaints and disputes

Please first contact us by email at returns@appliedutilitylabs.com. We will respond to a written complaint within 15 days at the latest. If no agreement is reached, a consumer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, ttja.ee); proceedings are free of charge for the consumer. Estonian law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection of their country of residence.
