What it does.
Designed for the Calypso Mini AB + WeatherDot setup The Quick Mount Utility Case was developed to protect the Calypso Mini AB + WeatherDot setup while keeping it ready for practical field use. An integrated ARCA mounting base allows the complete unit to be attached directly to ARCA-compatible supports and mounting systems. The Calypso Mini AB and WeatherDot remain protected inside the outer shell, while the threaded lower section provides quick access to the devices when needed. The wrist strap serves two purposes: it provides a convenient way to carry the unit and allows the removed cover to remain attached to the ARCA mount or support during use. This keeps all parts of the system together even when the case is open. Designed, manufactured and field-tested by Applied Utility Labs.
